All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. During new releases, restocks and other high-volume periods, please allow additional time for your order to be prepared.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date your order was placed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, your Royal Mail tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Delays

While we work closely with Royal Mail to provide a reliable delivery service, occasional delays may occur after an order has left us which are outside of our control.
